Free delivery on all orders over £50. All orders below £50 cost a flat shipping fee of £5.
We only deliver to the North East of the UK.
We will deliver your order to you within seven days of purchase unless otherwise made clear before purchase. Any ad hoc announcements regarding delivery made on the HomePlant website will take the place of this document.
You can get in touch with us at info@homeplant at any time to update your delivery instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer next day delivery because we work on a just in time basis with our European suppliers.
No prickly returns
At HomePlant, we love everything about plants, and we want you to feel that way about them too. We do everything we can to make sure your plant gets to you in perfect condition and looks as close to the plant that appears on our website as possible. Our supply network across Continental Europe is made up of the best growers that have been carefully vetted and selected by us for their consistency and standards.
However, plants are living things, so there will be some natural variation. Please bear this in mind.
If you want to return an item that is faulty, please email us within 30 days of delivery and attach a picture of the damaged item.
If the plant isn’t quite right for you, please return it in a re-saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund to:

For issues that are beyond our reasonable control including, but not exclusive of, box blight, aphids or fungal leaf spot, we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been sent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org using "CANCELLATION" as a subject line. Orders must be cancelled before they have been dispatched, otherwise you will have to go through the returns process.
